Position: CEO
Ishaan, CEO of Kaizen Marketing Group, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance and leads a high-performing team of 120 professionals. After transitioning from a pre-med track to finance—and ultimately finding his passion in marketing and sales—he built a career focused on leadership, growth, and opportunity creation. Known for his shift from a “me” to “we” mindset, Ishaan is driven by developing leaders, promoting team members, and creating financial impact for families, including his own.
With a vision to expand nationwide, he aims to build 100 managing partners across all 50 states and become a National Consultant. Ishaan believes in continuous self-improvement, living by the principle that growth is a lifelong journey.
